How a puncture repair visit works

  1. Step 1

    Share your location

Call +971 54 318 8600 or send a pin and a photo of the tyre on WhatsApp. Knowing where the damage is helps us bring the right kit.

  2. Step 2

    Leak check on arrival

The technician inflates the tyre, pinpoints the leak with a spray test and inspects the tread, shoulder and sidewall.

  3. Step 3

    Repair or honest advice

Once you approve the quote, repairable damage is plugged or patched. If the tyre isn't safe to repair, we show you why.

  4. Step 4

    Pressure and final check

We inflate to your car's recommended pressure, check the valve and re-test the repair before you drive off.

About the service

A proper repair, not just more air

Tyre puncture repair in Jumeirah usually starts with a tyre that looks a little lower every morning, or a pressure warning that won't stay off.

Most punctures we see come from screws, nails and metal offcuts picked up near building sites and road works. When the hole sits in the tread and is small, tyre puncture repair in Jumeirah is normally a quick job: we find the leak, pull the object and seal the tyre so it can stay in service.

Damage on the sidewall or shoulder is different. Those areas flex constantly and can't hold a repair safely, especially at highway speeds on hot asphalt. If that is what we find, we show you and explain why the tyre should be replaced rather than plugged.

If the car sat on a completely flat tyre, we also check the inside wall for crushing before recommending a repair. No usable spare? We can help arrange a replacement tyre or recovery on the same call.

The first thing we rule out

Could it be the battery? What we test before quoting

A weak battery sits behind more faults than people expect. A quick voltage and load test tells us whether a replacement is the answer before any other work is priced.

12.6 V
Resting voltage
Read with the engine off. A charged, healthy battery shows about 12.6 V; once it drops near 12.0 V the starter usually gives up.
CCA
Cold cranking amps
The burst of current the battery can deliver to turn the engine over. Large engines and diesels need a higher figure, so we match it to your car rather than guess.
Ah
Capacity
Amp-hours: how much energy the battery stores for lights, screens, sensors and start-stop. Modern cars with heavy electrics need more of it.
Size
Case group & terminals
The physical size and which side the positive post sits on. The wrong group won't sit on the tray or reach the cables — the first thing we check before fitting.
How we read a battery before recommending anything
  • < 11.9 VFlat — load test, then replace or jump
  • 12.0 VNear empty — may not crank
  • 12.2 VAbout half — a boost charge helps
  • 12.4 VAbout 75% — healthy, keep driving
  • 12.6 V+Full — the battery isn't the problem

Tyre care

Keep punctures and blowouts away

Heat, sand and construction debris are hard on tyres in Jumeirah and across Dubai. A few habits make a real difference.

  • Check pressure when tyres are cold

Measure in the morning before driving. After a hot afternoon drive, a low tyre can read deceptively normal.

  • Look for embedded objects

Walk around the car once a week. A screw head in the tread is easier to fix before the tyre goes flat.

  • Keep clear of site entrances

Loose screws and metal scraps gather near construction gates and lane closures. Stay on the cleaner part of the road.

  • Don't ignore a returning warning

If the pressure light comes back days after you add air, you most likely have a slow leak, not a faulty sensor.

  • Check tyre age, not only tread

Strong sun dries rubber. Look for fine sidewall cracks and read the four-digit date code on older tyres.

  • Keep the spare ready

Many drivers discover a flat spare at the worst moment. Check it whenever you check the other four.

Pricing

What affects the cost of a puncture repair

Tyres and damage vary, so we don't quote one fixed number. You get a clear price once we know what needs fixing.

Your price

Free quote

The price is confirmed with you before any work starts.

  1. Type of repair

A tread plug is a different job from a plug-patch that needs the tyre taken off the rim.

  2. Tyre size and construction

Large SUV tyres, low-profile tyres and run-flats take more time and handling.

  3. Number of punctures

Tyres sometimes pick up more than one screw, and each hole is assessed separately.

  4. Extra parts

A new valve stem or TPMS sensor service is added only if the tyre needs it.

  5. Location and timing

Where the car is and when you need us can affect the visit.

If the tyre turns out to be unrepairable, we tell you before doing anything and you decide what happens next.

Straight answers about your tyre

A puncture repair is a safety job. This is how we handle every one.

No work without your approval

Repair or replace?

Can your tyre be repaired?

A rough guide before you call. The technician confirms it once the tyre has been inspected.

Usually repairable

Signs a repair should work

  1. The nail or screw is in the central tread area
  2. The hole is small and clean
  3. The tyre wasn't driven far while flat
  4. No bulges, cuts or cracks on the sidewall

A puncture repair is likely the right call.

Needs replacing

Signs it isn't safe to repair

  1. A cut, bulge or bubble on the sidewall
  2. Damage on or right next to the shoulder
  3. Driven flat, with rubber dust or scuffing inside
  4. Tread worn to the wear bars or cracked with age

Replacing the tyre is the safe option.

Don't keep driving on a flat to reach a garage. Even a short distance can turn a repairable puncture into a tyre that has to be replaced.

What's covered

Puncture services we handle

The right fix depends on where the damage is and how far the tyre was driven while low.

  • On-site

    Tread plug repair

For small nail and screw holes in the tread, sealed from the outside as a fast, practical fix.

  • Where suitable

    Plug-patch repair

A combined repair fitted from inside the tyre where the damage and equipment allow, for a longer-lasting seal.

  • Diagnosis

    Slow leak tracing

Tyres that lose air over several days are checked for bead leaks, rim corrosion and valve faults, not just nails.

  • On-site

    Valve stem replacement

Rubber valves crack after years of sun. Swapping a perished valve often ends a leak nobody could find.

  • Check

    TPMS warning check

We confirm whether a pressure warning is a genuine leak or a sensor that needs attention or a reset.

  • If needed

    Replacement advice

When a tyre is beyond repair, we explain the options and can help arrange a suitable replacement.

Battery died on my Land Cruiser outside our villa in Jumeirah 2. They arrived in about half an hour with the right size already in the van, tested the old one to show me it was finished and had the new one in within twenty minutes.

  • Priya Nair

I was sure I needed a new battery. The technician tested it in my building's basement near City Walk and said it was just drained from a dashcam. He boosted it and told me to unplug the camera. Honest, and it cost me far less.

  • Mohammed Rashid

My BMW needs the battery registered after a change and the last garage skipped it. These guys brought a proper AGM, used a memory saver so I kept all my settings, and coded it on the driveway. No warning lights since.

  • Sarah Whitfield

    last month

Arrived a bit later than quoted because of school-run traffic on Al Wasl Road, but they called ahead to say so. The battery swap itself was quick, neat and the price matched what they told me on WhatsApp.

  • Jomar Villanueva

Second time using them for the family cars in Umm Suqeim. Same technician, remembered the cars, fitted the battery, gave me the warranty on the invoice and took the old one away for recycling.

  • Deepak Sharma

Left the interior light on overnight in Al Safa. They came, jump started it and ran a test — battery still had plenty of life, so no replacement. I'll definitely call them when it does need changing.

  • Elena Petrova

Start-stop car that needs a specific EFB battery. They checked the spec before quoting and turned up with exactly the right one. Fitted in the car park at La Mer while I had lunch.

  • Faisal Hassan

Good battery, fair price and the fitting was tidy. Only note is I had to message twice to confirm the time. Once they were here it was all handled properly.

  • Anita Fernandes

Car wouldn't start in a tower basement on Sheikh Zayed Road where the tow company said they couldn't reach. These guys came down with the battery on a trolley and replaced it in the bay.

  • Tom Bradley

Called early on a public holiday expecting voicemail. Someone answered, the van came to our villa on the beach road, new battery fitted before breakfast. That's all I wanted.

  • Vikram Menon

Battery gave up in the August heat in Al Manara. They explained why batteries last only a couple of summers here and fitted one with a longer warranty. Clear, patient and quick.

  • Grace Okonkwo

Quoted over the phone, and the price on the invoice was the same. Battery fitted in our compound car park in Jumeirah 1 in about fifteen minutes. Rare these days.

  • Michelle Tan

My car died at school pickup and I was blocking the lane. They were there quickly with a boost, then came to the house the next morning to replace the battery.

  • Laura Kim

Technician arrived in a marked van, in uniform, with proper equipment and explained everything he tested. Calling alone in the evening, that professionalism mattered a lot.

  • نادية الزعابي

خدمة سريعة وصادقة في الصفوح. طلبت بطارية جديدة لكنهم أخبروني بعد الفحص أن المشكلة في الدينامو وليس البطارية. شكراً على الأمانة.

  • Sanjay Patel

    last year

Car had been standing three weeks while I travelled. Booked for the morning, they came to the villa, tested, replaced, done before I left for work. Saved in my phone now.

FAQ

Your Tyre Puncture Repair questions

Didn't find your question? Call +971 54 318 8600 — a real person picks up, 24/7.

Can you repair a tyre puncture at my home or office?

Yes, in most cases. Tread punctures from nails and screws can usually be repaired where the car is parked, including basement parking with enough room to lift the car. If the damage needs workshop equipment, we tell you before anything is booked.

How long does a puncture repair take?

A simple tread repair is usually a short job once the technician is with you. Tracing a slow leak or dealing with several punctures takes longer, and we'll let you know on the spot.

Is it safe to drive on a plugged tyre?

A correctly repaired puncture in the tread area is fine for normal driving. Keep an eye on the pressure over the next few days and call us if it drops. Sidewall and shoulder damage should never be plugged.

My pressure light is on but I can't see a nail. What should I do?

Check all four tyres, and the spare if you have one. A slow leak can come from the valve, the rim bead or a tiny object hidden in the tread. A leak test finds it quickly.

Can run-flat tyres be repaired?

Some tyre makers allow limited repairs on run-flats, while others advise replacement, particularly if the tyre was driven while deflated. We check the tyre and the manufacturer's guidance before recommending anything.

What if my car won't start as well?

Mention it when you call. Our technicians carry battery testing and jump start equipment and can replace a failed battery on the spot, so a flat battery and a flat tyre can be handled in the same visit.
